September 18 coincided with a walk to raise funds to cure cancer, and we crossed paths on SW Front Ave. on our way up to Trendy Third. Some talk about political, racial, economic matters got heated but light was shed.

On September 25, we will start at SE 10th and Clay and go up "the Hawthorne" by keeping just off the main drag, but the plan is to cut back in and see the establishments too. Be there at 9 a.m. to be part of the discussions.
