April 1: No fooling, it did not rain until the very end, after coffee time. From Wallace Park we went up Thruman to Balch Creek and on to the Wildwood Trail which wound through forested Macleay Park and up to Pittock Mansion. We wandered back to the flat lands, going down cliff-hanging streets, past some million dollar mansions with million dollar views.

April 8 we will meet at 8 a.m. at 826 SE Bidwell for a walk around Oaks Bottom and then a Spring Brunch at Molly and Ancil's.
